Classic English Umbrella

A Bucklesbury umbrella is not just a practical device for keeping dry, but is also  an accessory to complement the quintessential Englishness of classic sartorial style for men and for women whether in town or in the countryside. Each strong umbrella is individually handmade in London, England by skilled craftspeople who have proudly continued the tradition of umbrella production at the same London workshop since 1805.  

The Bucklesbury Classic Umbrella has a solid wooden core that is sourced from sustainable Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) accredited forests in England.  Each polished Maple crook handle is scorched by hand using real flames, so that every Bucklesbury umbrella has a completely unique finish. 

Every strong umbrella is then hand assembled into a high-endurance framework that uses sturdy metal springs that are made in Sheffield, England. The trim is also non-ferrous and the canopy is made of a high-density-weave.

Presentation

This Bucklesbury umbrella comes beautifully presented within a 100% cotton bag which is placed into an elegant Rain Tested In England presentation box measuring 100cm x 12cm x 7cm.
